Abstract
代行指示の｢この｣と｢その｣の分布を考えるには名詞を｢項｣を持つ｢1項名詞｣とそれを持たない｢0項名詞｣に分ける必要がある｡両者にはいくつかの統語的-意味的違いがある。また､代行指示は｢単一文｣と｢非単一文｣に分けて考察する必要がある。最後に､｢1項名詞｣という概念が日本語のテキストの結束性の体系の中でどのような位置を占めるものなのかを論じる。
