Abstract
2005年4月に始まった中国の株式改革では、非流通株の流通化条件は、企業毎に株主同士の交渉によって決定された。われわれの推計では、バーゲインニングモデルを反映して補償規模を定義しており、株主同士の直接補償であるか否かを区別している。流通株主への補償規模は、バーゲインニングモデルの示唆を反映している一方、負債規模が補償方法に有意な影響を及ぼしている。また、補償規模への交渉について流通株主の期待予測が必ずしも合理的一貫性をもつものではなかった。
