Abstract
2011年3月11日に発生した東日本大震災により，東北大学附属図書館において地震当日に職員や利用者がとった行動，施設や書架，蔵書等に受けた被害，その後のボランティアとの協働による復旧作業や図書館サービス再開の経過及び今後の復興に向けた取り組みについて，10 か月が経過した時点での状況を報告する。
On 11 March 2011, the Great East Japan Earthquake rocked Tohoku University Library. The author reports on the activities of library staff and users the day of the quake, the damage done to the building, shelves and collection, and the steps they undertook later with the cooperation with volunteers to begin the recovery operations and re-establish library operations, and finally their current situation ten months later.
