図書館職員・専門助手・教員の役割に着目して，一橋大学における図書館と教員及び図書館職員と専門助手の協働を紹介する。一橋大学では2007年度に専門助手制度が導入され，以来，専門助手は図書館職員と教員の中間的な存在として独自の役割を果たしてきた。情報リテラシー教育の分野では，専門助手は時には図書館職員，時には教員と同じ役割を担い，時にはいずれとも異なる役割を受け持った。学芸員資格科目では，専門助手は実習の講師を務めた。展示における図書館職員と専門助手の役割は年によって異なるが，2010年度の企画展示では図書館職員と専門助手がともに企画立案を行った。This paper provides the library specialistDs role in serving as the linchpin for library faculty collaboration. In 2007 Hitotsubashi University introduced a library specialist system, and since then the library specialist has fulfilled its unique role as a hybrid between faculty member and library staff. In the case of information literacy education, the library specialist would sometimes play the same role as the library staff, sometimes the same role as the faculty member, and sometimes entirely different roles on behalf of both. In the case of the curator certification course, the library specialist served as the instructor. The role of the library specialist in arranging for exhibitions has differed each year, but the library staff and library specialist worked together to plan the special exhibition of the year 2010.
