Abstract
日本語母語話者の談話・文章において「スピーチレベルシフト」がどういう場面で起こるかを規定するには限界があるかもしれない。それは同じ母語話者であっても言語使用には個人差があるためだと考えられる。本稿ではアンケートのデータとエッセイ集のデータを分析した結果、相手との関わりがある場面(相手に働きかける)では「スピーチレベルシフト」が起こりやすいということがわかった。
