Abstract
本稿の目的は、日本の学生の汎用コンピテンス習得度認識に対して、1)専門教育の理解、2)教員の汎用コンピテンス重要度認識、の2つの要因が与える影響の把握である。使用するデータは2015年度及び2016年度のアンケート調査結果であり、回答者は日本の10研究型大学の社会科学系学部（経済とビジネス）の関係者約2,900人である。実証分析の結果、学生・卒業生の汎用コンピテンス習得度認識は、これら2つの要因と関係することが示された。専門教育を通じて分野理解が深まったと考える学生・卒業生は、そうでない学生・卒業生よりも、知識の適用や分析、仕事の自律的な実施や管理、社会的な規範に基づいた行動に関連するコンピテンスが身に付いていると認識していた。また教員の汎用コンピテンス重要度認識も学生の習得度認識と関係を持つと同時に、教員の認識は、所属大学や性別によって異なる可能性が示唆された。
